The Family Commission, Sanjeevana, had organized two events: on 29 July 2023 - Extended Christian Life Seminar for four Davanagere couples and on 30 July 2023, Theme Day for the Missionary Families of Christ (MFC) for 13 MFC couples.
On 29 July 2023, the couples reflected on the following themes- Jesus the Messiah and called to witness, Repentance and Faith and the Gift of the Holy Spirit and Growing in the Spirit and the life and Mission of MFC. It was sandwiched with the praise and worship, action songs, adoration and the Eucharistic Celebration. There were 26 participants including the couples and their children besides the resource persons. It was well appreciated.
On 30 July 2023, The Shimoga MFC had the THEME DAY and the theme was "Be courageous and Be strong". On this day they reflected on the following aspects- Stand Firm in Faith, Do all your works in love and Be Courageous, Be Strong. In-between the talks, they had praise and worship, action songs and personal faith sharing. Altogether 43 participated including the couples, their children and resource persons in the Theme Day event. The participants actively involved in the event.
The Director of Sanjeevana, Family Commission, offered the Holy Eucharist and prayed over the couples and their children.
