Padanbail, Jog : June 18: Padanbail is a village belongs to the parish of Jog Falls. It has a small chapel dedicated to the patronage of St. Anthony of Padua. The chapel is located in the midst of luscious green woods. This has a rich history of miraculous healings ever since a miraculous statue is installed at the premises of the Chapel some 20 years ago. Devotees visit this shrine with their families in deep devotion and faith and receive favours from God through the intercession of St Anthony. There are two major feasts being celebrated during the year in honour of St. Anthony. First one on the last Tuesday of January and the other on 13th June every year. Hundreds of devotees throng to this holy shrine and pray fervently for Spiritual favours and thank the Almighty for the gifts they receive.


On 13th June.2019 the feast of St. Anthony celebrated with all devotion and decor. Rev. Fr. Richard Pais parish priest of Kable celebrated the Holy Eucharist and Fr. Ronald Veigas, the parish priest conducted the novena. Mr Santhosh and Mrs Reshma, devotees from Hosad parish had donated food to all devotees for receiving a baby child as an answer for their prayer after 11 years. Mr Henry Menezes thanked all who made this day a great celebration.
