Inauguration of the Catechism Day at Jog Falls

Jog Falls , June 18, 2019: Catechetics is the back bone of the Church. Instilling Faith in the hearts and minds of the young is the responsibility of the Church at large and of the parents and faithful in particular. The Holy Mother Church takes keen interest in the mission of catechising its members.

Catechism day was organised in the parish on 16.06.2019. The DBCL director Fr. Francis Fernandes officiated the mass. The Catechism teachers, Parish Pastoral Council, parents, Parish Finance Committee, children and the choir had joined together to make this event a meaningful celebration. Sr. Juana UFS compared the programme, Fr. Ronald Veigas the Parish Priest thanked everyone who made the day a meaningful one.
