The last meeting of the Directors of the Shimoga Diocesan Commissions was held on the 25th of November at Sannidhi. It was presided over by the Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao, Bishop of Shimoga. The meeting began at 9:30 a.m. with a prayer led by Fr. Richard Anil D'Souza. Fr. Alvine welcomed the Bishop, the Coordinator, Deans, and Directors.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Coordinator, Fr. Simon Pinto. The meeting was convened to approve the Action Plan for 2025. The Deans and Directors of all 22 Commissions presented their plans, which were approved after some clarifications and corrections. Fr. George Lobo proposed the vote of thanks. The meeting concluded with a meal at 1:30 p.m.
